8 slices (or more) bacon, cut up
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
2 potatoes, diced
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon drain, add celery and onion to fry for a little bit. Drain. Put in saucepan: add chicken broth and potatoes. Season with salt & pepper, then simmer 15 minutes. Stir in milk, mushroom soup, sour cream, parsley; heat, but don't boil.
