2 large zucchini, sliced
1 c panko breadcrumbs
c grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp Italian seasoning
tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
c milk
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix in shallow bowl or dish panko, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Put milk in a small bowl. Dip zucchini slices in milk, then in breadcrumb mixture to coat. Place on cookie sheet. Repeat until all zucchini are coated. Spray zucchini with cooking spray. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Ranch or Marinara sauce.
