16 oz Sour Cream
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
8 oz Salsa
2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 small can diced Jalapenos (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream; beat until well blended and creamy. Fold in salsa, cheese and jalapenos; stir until blended. Serve with Tostitos Scoops chips.
