Prime Rib or Standing Rib Roast of any size
Season as you like!

Directions:
Directions:
Let meat come to room temperature (at least for one hour) Preheat oven to 375º. Place meat in pan fat side up and season as you prefer. Place in oven and cook for one hour; do not open oven door at any time! Leave in oven for as long as you need, it will continue to cook with oven off. About 30 to 40 minutes before serving, turn back on to 375ºand bake for that time. Take out and enjoy!
