1 Tblsp. plus 1/2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
1 Tblsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. honey
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tblsp. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 tsp. water

Combine all ingredients, shake and refrigerate overnight before serving
