1 pkg. unseasoned bread cubes
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
fresh parsley
1 T. beau monde seasoning
1 c. cooked wild rice
salt and pepper, to taste
chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
In large frying pan saute onion and celery in the butter. Add the seasonings and the cooked wild rice.

In large bowl mix the bread cubes with the sautéed vegetables. Add a little chicken broth to moisten.

Stuff the bird.
