6 med. potatoes
1/4 T. chopped onions
3 T flour
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cubed ham

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes in thin slices, dice ham (set aside)
arrange potatoes sprinkle with ham pour over layers, with gravy mixture.

Gravy: melt butter/onion, salt and pepper
stir in milk until thick.
