1 lb. bacon
2-3 whole chicken breasts, cooked
1 lg. head lettuce, shredded
3/4 c. chopped green onions
3 oz. chow mein noodles
8 oz. water chestnuts, drained
ORIENTAL DRESSING:
2 T. honey
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 T. ketchup
1 t. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp and crumble; set aside. Cut chicken into small strips. In large bowl, mix bacon and chicken with lettuce, onions, noodles and sliced water chestnuts. Refrigerate until chilled or for several hours. Toss with dressing and serve. Yield: 8 servings.
