1 can sourkraut, drained
1/2 c. celery
1 small grate onion
1 small can pimento
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar, amount of sugar may be adjusted according to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium size bowl place kraut, celery, onion, pimento, green pepper and mix well. In a small sauce pan, heat vinegar, and sugar together until sugar dissolves. Cool mixture and then pour it over the above ingredients. Marinate salad for 3 to 6 hours, or overnight. Place lettuce leaf or red cabbage leaf under small portion of kraut salad for serving.
