1 4oz. pkg. lemon jello
1 can of shoe string beets
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbs. vinegar
2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. liquid from the beets, heat the liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the beet juice to boiling. Add jello and stir to dissolve jello. Add the orange juice, vinegar, horseradish, grated onion, salt and celery, mix well. Place mixture in to a 8"x 8" glass dish and refrigerate until firm.
