1 C uncooked rice (not instant)
1 can beef broth
1 can french onion soup
1 can sliced mushrooms or small carton fresh sliced
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients in casserole dish. Slice butter onto top of casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350.
