3 pounds hamburger, 70% lean
1 cup water
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/4 teaspoon mustard, dry or seed
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
3 tablespoon tender quick salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients well. With hands, divide and shape into 3 rolls. Seal each roll in tin foil with shiny side in. Refrigerate 24 hours. Poke holes in foil with sharp knife so juices escape. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool in foil. Refrigerate. May be frozen.
