6 chicken boneless/skinless breast
2 C mayo
3 tbsp spicy mustard
several shakes of hot sauce
Tony Charchere's Creole Seasoning or
garlic salt, ground red pepper, black pepper
Crushed Corn Flakes to coat chicken breasts
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350
Wash and pat dry chicken breasts
Combine mayo, mustard and hot sauce
Sprinkle chicken well with Creole seasoning or combination of other spices
Coat chicken with the mayo mixture; roll in crushed corn flakes; sprinkle again with Creole seasoning. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Drizzle melted butter over breasts. Or us spray butter. Bake about 45 minutes or until done and brown.
