1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1/2 c packed light brown sugar
1/3 c granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 t vanilla extract
1 c all purpose flour
1 t salt
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8" square baking pan with Pam. Line the pan with parchment paper, leaving a 2" overhand on two sides. Spray paper.

In a large bowl, whisk butter and sugars until smooth. Whisk in egg and vanilla. Add flour and salt, mixing just until moistened (do not over mix). Fold in 1/2 cup each of chocolate chips and walnuts. Transfer batter to the prepared pan, smoothing the top. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 each of chocolate chips and walnuts.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Set pan on wire rack to cool completely. When cooled, use parchment overhang to lift blondies from pan and transfer to a cutting board. Cut into 16 squares.
