1 large (2-1/2 lb.) spaghetti squash
3/4 heavy cream
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 tsp dried sage
salt and pepper
1/4 C Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half, clean out seeds, put cut side down in micro safe dish, add 1/4 in water and nuke until tender. Cool enough to handle. Pull out squash strands from each side with a fork and transfer to warm bowl. While the squash is cooking, heat cream, garlic and sage in a small pan over medium heat. Cook 10 minutes, until cream is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Pour sauce over squash; toss lightly until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

Personal Notes:
Spaghetti squash is equally good with just butter and garlic salt. Kids don't recognize it as a veggie so that's a good thing.
