4-7# Rump Roast
1 package dry onion soup mix
3 beef bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bouillon and onion soup mix.

Place roast in oven or crock pot and add 3 cups of water and soup/bouillon mixture. Roast at 250 for 4 hours. (or 10 hours in slow cooker).

Remove meat from roaster and slice 1/8" thick and return to juice and marinate in refrigerator for one day.

When ready to serve, heat through and serve on buns.
