2 eggs
2 T. shortening
1 c. raisins
pinch of salt
2 t. baking powder
1-1/2 c. milk
4 c. flour
2-3 c. finely chopped apples

Directions:
Drop by tsp. into hot fat as for donuts. Shake in xx sugar after they cool slightly.
