2 c. Bisquick baking mix 4 eggs 1 c. milk 3 bananas
Beat baking mix, egg and milk until smooth. Pour batter into frying pan. Cut banana in thin slices and put 8 slices on top of uncooked side of pancake. Flip pancake when little bubbles appear. Thin apple slices or fresh blueberries can be substituted for bananas.
