1# sliced bacon, cut into ĹĒ pieces
2 c. chopped ham
1 small onion, chopped
10 slices white bread, cubed
1 c. cubed cooked potatoes
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
Pinch salt and pepper

Directions:
Cook bacon til crisp; add ham and onion. Cook and stir until onion is tender; drain. In greased 9x13 pan, layer half bread cubes, potatoes & cheese. Top with all of the bacon mixture. Repeat layers of bread, potatoes, & cheese. In a bowl, beat the eggs; add milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt & pepper. Pour over all. Cover & chill overnight. Remove from frig 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered 325 for 1 hour or til knife inserted center comes out clean.

I made this for vegetarians and used carrots, broccoli, red and green peppers and it was very good.
