Sugar Cookies Recipe

3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk

Mix flour, cream of tartar, salt and soda. Then cut in butter mixing like pie crust.

In a separate bowl beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla and milk. Add to the flour mixture and stir.

Chill dough 1-2 hours. Roll, cut and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 350.
