3/4 C sugar, 1/2 C flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 C diced apples, 1/2 C chopped nuts,

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, egg - mix well - add baking powder, salt, and vanilla - Stir in apples and nuts - Pour into buttered pie tin and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
