1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes with garlic -do not drain
1/2 C. Chopped onions
1/2 C. plus 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dark Corn Syrup
2 Tsp.GarlicPowder
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
1 1/2 Lbs.Pork Chops, trimmed and boned
3 C. Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine undrained tomatoes, onions, brown sugar, vinegar, corn syrup, garlic powder, and chili powder in slow cooker and mix well. Add pork chops and toss to coat. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-7 hrs. Add cooked rice during last 30 mins. of cooking; stir to mix and heat through.
