2 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 C. Bisquick
1 C. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325. Butter casserole dish. Cook broccoli and drain. Beat together bisquick, milk, eggs and salt until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour in casserole dish. Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
