1/3 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
1 stick melted butter
3/4 c. sugar mixed with 2 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of muffin pans (12). Mix butter, 1/2 cup of sugar and eggs thoroughly. Blend flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg & add to butter mixture alternately with milk. Fill muffin pans 2/3 full. Immediately after baking, roll in melted butter and then in mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place in paper cup cake wrappers.
