1 c. shortening
1-1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2-3/4 c. flour
2 t. cream of tartar
1 t. soda
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Form into balls and roll in mixture of 2 T. sugar and 2 T. cinnamon. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, 2" apart. 10 minutes at 400.
