2-1/2 c. crushed rice chex
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. slit cashews
c. melted butter
1 c. flaked coconut
gallon vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cereal, brown sugar, cashews, butter and coconut in a bowl. Spread half the mixture into a 9x10 dish, spread the yogurt or ice cream on top of the cereal mixture and top with the remaining cereal mixture. Freeze. Cut into squares to serve.
