6 T. butter
10-1/2 oz. pkg. mini marshmallows
1 tsp. green food coloring
10 c. popped popcorn
1/4 c. brightly colored candy covered chocolate pieces or cinnamon red hots.

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows together over low heat. When smooth, stir in food coloring. Place popcorn in a very large mixing bowl. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn. Stir to mix well. Using 1/2 c. measure, make mounds of pc on waxed paper. Let stand 5 minutes. With buttered fingers mold each mound of pc into a tree shape. Stick colored candies or red hots on trees. Wrap each tree in plastic wrap or bag. Makes 10-12 trees. See picture.
