Ingredients:  
1 c. brown sugar
½ c. canola oil
½ c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix above together and add:
1 c. flour
2 c. quick oats
1 c. whole oats or granola
1 tsp. soda
½ tsp. salt

Stir in 3 c. of: nuts, chips, raisins, coconut, cranberries, cherries, seeds, etc.

Drop on parchment paper, flatten out and bake at 350. Cool on paper.
