3/4 c. brown sugar
2-1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. melted butter
2 3/4 c. xxx sugar
½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, peanut butter and melted butter over low heat until creamy. Then add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix well. Spread into 9x13 pan.

Topping:
Melt over low heat - 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 3 T. butter, ¼ c. milk. Spread over the mixture.
