Ingredients:  
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. creamy peanut butter
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg yolks with vanilla and salt until well blended. Beat in peanut butter then 1 c. confectioner's sugar until thoroughly mixed and crumbly. Form into 1" balls then roll in confectioner's sugar. Store in refrigerator. Makes 2 dozen.
