1 box of Pillsbury Pie Crusts (red box in refrigerator section)
4 Cups Blueberries (may substitute cherries, apples, peaches)
1/2 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup flour
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Teaspoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons of butter

Preheat oven 425 (9X 13 pan) - 45 min
Roll 1st crust out to fit pan
In large bowl mix berries, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice
Spoon into pan - dot with butter
Place 2nd crust on top and bake

1 cup of Confectioners sugar
3 teaspoons water
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
Mix and drizzle over cooled slices
