3 to 4 lb. chuck roast (boneless or top round) 1 T. dried minced onion 2 t. salt 2 t. garlic powder 1 t. oregano 1 t. rosemary 1 t. caraway seed 1 t. marjoram 1 t. celery salt 1/4 t. cayenne pepper Sandwich rolls
Halve roast. Combine seasonings and rub over roast. Do not add water. Cook in crock pot for 6 to 8 hours. After 6 to 8 hours, or when meat is tender, shred with a fork and return to the liquid in slow cooker. Serve on sandwich rolls.
