4 chicken breasts (skinless, boneless) cubed or whole
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 to 3/4 c. cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
1/2 to 3/4 c. sour cream
1 t. basil
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/4 t. garlic powder
3/4 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 t. oregano
1/4 c. minced onion or 1 T. dried onion
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine tomatoes and tomato paste. Add cottage cheese and sour cream; mix. to this mixture, add grated cheese and spices. Pour over the chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve over cooked egg noodles. For a fancy touch, use colorful bow noodles for part of the noodles.
