1 box graham crackers 2 small pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding + 3 c. milk 1-9 oz. cool whip
Butter bottom of 9 x 13 pan and line cracker squares. Prepare pudding using 1/4 less milk. Cool. (If instant, don't have to cool. Blend in cool whip. Pour 1/2 pudding over crackers. Add another layer crackers then pudding. Top with crackers. Frost and chill for two days.
Frosting: 2 pkgs. chocolate 2 T. corn syrup 1 t. vanilla 1 T. milk 2 T. mayo melted 1-1/2 c. xx sugar
