Crust:
1/4 c. margarine
1 square (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
1-1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
2 T. sugar.

Filling:
1-12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
2 T. water
3-8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
3 large eggs
2 egg yolks
1 c. heavy cream.

Crust:
Melt butter and chocolate together and blend w/crumbs and sugar. Press on bottom and sides of 9" springform pan, chill.

Filling:
Melt chocolate chips with water and set aside. Cream sugar and cream cheese; add flour, then eggs and egg yolks, one at a time, blending after each addition. Add melted chocolate and blend in cream. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Turn off heat and let set for 40 minutes with oven door shut. Cool and refrigerate. Garnish with powdered sugar, whipped cream and chocolate curls.
