2-8 oz. pkgs cream cheese 2 eggs 1 t. vanilla 3/4 c. sugar
Cream the above ingredients. Using foil cupcake papers, place 1 vanilla wafer (with the round side up) in each paper. Spoon 1 spoonful onto top of each. Bake 357 for 10 minutes or until the shine is gone. Let cool. Top with choice of pie fillings. Makes 18-24. Refrigerate.
