1-1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2-1/2 tsp. soda
2 c. grated raw carrots
to 1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Frosting:
1 stick margarine
1# xx sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Makes 3-8" layers or 9x13 cake.
