BANANA CAKE with nut topping Recipe

c. margarine
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 ripe mashed bananas
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
c. sour cream

1 c. chocolate chips
c. crushed peanuts
c. brown sugar

Cream margarine, sugar, beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla and mashed bananas. Beat in flour mixture alternately with sour cream.

Pour batter into 9x13 greased and floured pan and sprinkle with topping. To make topping, in a small bowl, mix together chocolate chips, chopped peanuts and brown sugar.

Bake in preheated 350 over for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
