4 7 oz. cans whole chilies
2 pounds shredded Mexican Cheese
Topping
3 eggs beaten
1 small can evaporated milk
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease small casserole dish. Layer chilies and cheese with chilies as last layer.
In small bowl beat eggs with wire whisk add evaporated milk and gently whisk in flour until well blended. Pour over the top of the chilies and cheese. Top with the tomato sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes.
