5 pounds roast beef thinly slicked
2 onions diced
4 carrots shredded
4 stalks of celery diced
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons mustard
cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 8 oz jar chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a crook pot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Serve on hamburger buns, hoagie buns, Kaiser rolls, etc.
