15 oz. cans black beans drained & rinsed
15 oz. cans mild Rotell (diced tomatoes with chilies)
1 pkg. frozen sweet white corn thawed
1 red onion diced
1can olives drained and sliced
1 bunch cilantro leaves finely chopped
2 limes juiced
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in bowl and season to taste with garlic salt. Serve with tortilla chips. Also, an excellent garnish for grilled chicken or fish.
