3 T. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 c. cooked chicken
6 oz. spaghetti noodles, uncooked
1 t. salt
paprika
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 c. chicken broth our bouillon
1 can sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Add onion, celery, cooking until clear. Arrange cooked chicken in a layer over this. Layer broken spaghetti noodles over meat. Mix salt, pepper, soup and broth together and pour over spaghetti noodles. Moisten all noodles. Place mushrooms on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Cover mixture and cook on full heat until steam escapes. Turn to simmer and cook 30 min. Check bottom of mixture occasionally so bottom does not burn.
