1 29 oz. can pure pumpkin 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk 3 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 t. salt 3 t. cinnamon 1 box yellow cake mix 1 c. chopped pecans 3/4 c. melted margarine (I use butter)
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix first six ingredients until well blended, and pour batter into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top and then cover with pecans. Pour melted margarine over top. Bake 50 min. Top with whipped cream to serve.
