2 c. sugar 2 c. or 1 large can 1# 14 oz. pumpkin pie mix - add 4 beaten eggs and 1-1/4 c. Mazola oil 4 t. baking powder 1 t. salt 3 t. cinnamon 2 t. vanilla 3 c. flour 1/2 c. nuts (can leave out) and use in cream cheese frosting.
Well greased floured loaf tins. Bake 1 hour 350. Cool, split layers and frost with cream cheese frosting. Makes 2 loaves
Frosting 1-8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 stick margarine 1 box xx sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2-1 c. nuts
