Beat together 2 sticks softened butter
1-1/2 c. sugar
Beat in 2-1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. milk
6 eggs
1 T. grated lemon zest
3 T. poppy seeds
1 T. vanilla.

Directions:
Directions:
Spoon into 24 greased muffin cups and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. For glaze, whisk together 3 c. xxx sugar and 1/3 c. lemon juice. Makes 24.
