Beat together 2-1/4 c. sugar
2 sticks softened butter.

Beat in 3 eggs and 1 T. vanilla.
Beat in 1-1/2 c. milk, 3 c. flour, and 1-1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder.

Spoon into 24 lined muffin cups; press a Hershey’s Hugs candy into the center of each, spread batter over candy, and bake 375 for 18 minutes. Drizzle with melted white chocolate. Makes 24.
