1 - 18oz. pkg.Oreo cookies,FINELY crushed
1 - 8-oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz.combination of semi-sweet and milk chocolate for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the Oreo crumbs with the cream cheese and roll into 1 1/2 inch balls and set aside. Refrigerate if necessary. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate and set on wax paper to harden. Optional: may stir crushed peppermint candies into melted chocolate. Another option is to dip balls in white chocolate.

A combination of semi sweet and milk chocolate is perfect for this because it is a deeper chocolate flavor and not quite as sweet.
