Bottom crust:
1c. flour
1c. flaked coconut
1/4c. sugar
1/2c. butter
Filling for top of crust:
2 cans pumpkin
4 eggs beaten
1 1/2c. sugar
1/2tsp. salt
1/2tsp. vanilla
1/2c. or 5oz evaporated milk
2tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
Bottom crust:
Mix and press into 9X13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350.

Filling for top crust:
Mix all and pour on top of crust. Bake 40 minutes at 350. Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
