1 (9 oz) Box no-boil Lasagna Noodles
2 eggs
15 oz. Ricotta Cheese
1 lb Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
1/2 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 lb. Ground Beef (browned and drained)
2 (26 oz) jars Spaghetti Sauce
2 tbs. Fresh Oregano

In medium bowl beat eggs. Stir in ricotta, 2 C mozzarella, and 1/4 C Parmesan.

Pour half a jar of sauce onto bottom of 9 x 13 glass dish. Layer with 4 sheets of Lasagna noodle, half the ricotta mixture, half the meat, and remaining sauce from first jar. Add 1 cup Mozzarella.
Layer 4 sheets of noodle, remaining ricotta mixture, browned meat, and half of the second jar of sauce. Top with 4 sheets, remaining sauce, 1 c mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.

Cover with foil and bake at 375º F for 50-60 minutes (until bubbly). Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

This is a great dish for leftovers. I prefer the no-boil noodles, because they save time and are actually easier to use, but regular noodles work just as well. You can also substitute ground turkey or Italian sausage for the ground beef.
