2 cans artichoke hearts (14 oz.) not marinated
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. shredded mozzarella
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley
dash of lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichoke hearts until dry and chop in small pieces. Mix in Parmesan, mayonnaise, mozzarella, garlic powder and a dash of lemon juice. Place into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika and a little more Parmesan. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
